On 29 January 2026, the Company announced a transformative deal to acquire Namibia Uranium which introduced a suite of highly prospective uranium licences; three EPLs being contiguous to major deposts at Trekkopje and Marenica and one EPL being contiguous to the producing mine, Rossing.
